IntelliTherm™ | R36 Refrigerated Container
IntelliTherm™ containers work. And while each is the result of thousands of hours of R&D, numerous prototypes and extensive testing, the final solution is relatively simple: a durable, lockable shell; highly efficient insulation; and a temperature regulation system that senses internal temperature and adjusts the temperature accordingly, reducing temperature variation and holding stratification to less than 0.5°C anywhere in the container.

Onboard Data Loggers
A custom designed data logger is available for use in IntelliTherm™ containers. This logger records the internal and external temperatures during the shipment so the temperature data can be downloaded into a PC at the end of the trip for quality control purposes.

Freeze Test Switch
Every IntelliTherm™ R 36 lid has a built-in Freeze Test Switch. This technology allows you to determine if your lid is fully frozen and ready for use at the press of a button.
IntelliTherm | D36 Dry Ice Shipping Container
In our D36 unit, a dry ice container that is peerless in the industry, the D36 Deep-Freeze Container has been engineered to require much less dry ice per shipment than conventional containers.
It is able to maintain temperatures below -22° C for up to 5 days based on the amount of dry ice placed in the unit.

IntelliTherm | F36 Refrigerated Container
The F36 frozen container maintains frozen temperatures based on the phase change temperature of the PCM used for the shipment. In situations where dry ice is not permitted for the shipment, the F36 is the ideal solution. Its superior insulation requires less phase change material than competitive shipping containers and allows more room for customer payload.

Featuring the same vacuum panel technology as our larger containers, the R11 also employs the most efficient insulation on the market. Its 11-liter payload space is perfect for shipping or storing medicines, blood, organs or industrial products.

Thermal Regulating Unit (TRU)
Our patented temperature-regulating system is completely contained in the lid of each unit, freeing all cargo space for your payload. The system regulates internal temperatures for five days in an average 25°C ambient temperature environment without adding frozen gel packs, ice or power.
Passive containers have difficulty regulating temperature during shipment, leaving your product at the mercy of the elements. Our temperature-regulating technology responds to any ambient temperature variance, maintaining internal temperatures for the duration of the shipment.
Test Freeze Switch
Included with every IntelliTherm R11 shipping container. This technology allows you to confirm the phase change material is fully frozen and ready for use. Determine if your container is ready for shipment with the press of a button.
